We are looking for a Graphic Design Executive to assist in creating engaging designs for our various brands across digital and print media. Working under the supervision of our Design Manager, you will contribute to high-quality creative output, helping bring some of Malta’s top automotive brands to life. This role is ideal for someone highly creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a good command of English.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Design Manager and marketing team to deliver creative solutions.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and develop familiarity with multiple brands/products.
- Design across various media: social media content, branded print materials, email campaigns, and collateral.
- Participate in the full design cycle — from research and ideation to execution.
- Resize and reformat existing creatives as needed.
- Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and art services when required.
- Present work effectively to team members.
- Photography and videography skills are a plus.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or similar; or currently enrolled in a related bachelor’s program.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite CC: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects.
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals: advertising, layout, typography, and branding.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design and corporate identity/branding principles.
- Up-to-date with current trends in print and digital marketing.
- Skilled in Excel.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Receptive to giving and receiving constructive criticism.
- Previous experience in an advertising agency or retail marketing is a plus.
